Service Description
The Deep Inner Shift is where the work begins. In one focused session, we make space to understand what your system has been carrying: the patterns, the tension, the quiet exhaustion and start to move it. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to perform. You simply arrive as you are, and we begin.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment/classes, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments/classes canceled with 48 hours notice or more may be eligible for a refund (depending on the service). Appointments/classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen, but if this is a recurring issue, we may be unable to accommodate future scheduling requests. Missed appointments/classes (no call, no show) are considered non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that healing sessions/classes are non-transferable and non-interchangeable. Healing sessions/classes are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
