Stay Balanced sessions are your maintenance rhythm: lighter, restorative check-ins that keep the work you've done alive and your system regulated over time. Think of it as care that keeps you steady, not because something's wrong, but because you're worth tending to.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment/classes, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments/classes canceled with 48 hours notice or more may be eligible for a refund (depending on the service). Appointments/classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen, but if this is a recurring issue, we may be unable to accommodate future scheduling requests. Missed appointments/classes (no call, no show) are considered non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that healing sessions/classes are non-transferable and non-interchangeable. Healing sessions/classes are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
