Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment/classes, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments/classes canceled with 48 hours notice or more may be eligible for a refund (depending on the service). Appointments/classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen, but if this is a recurring issue, we may be unable to accommodate future scheduling requests. Missed appointments/classes (no call, no show) are considered non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that healing sessions/classes are non-transferable and non-interchangeable. Healing sessions/classes are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
