Chromotherapy or Color Light Therapy has its roots in ancient times. This integrative healing technique uses the power of the rainbow colors to help treat physical and mental health. Colored light causes subtle changes in our moods and biology. It establishes balance and harmony between body, mind, and emotions, promoting our body’s own healing process and improving the quality of life. Each color has its specific therapeutic function and acts on a chakra or an organ of the human body. The energetic chakras function like wheels and are always in motion. The circulation of energy in them influences our physical and mental well-being. Each chakra is linked with a color spectrum that resonates with the vibration or frequency of the chakra. Each of the spectrum colors is simply light of varying wavelengths, so each color has its own particular energy. When the light spectrum is activated, it passes through a clear quartz point crystal of high clarity, and it is directed to the specific healing area or chakra, restoring affected cells and bringing balance to the physical and subtle bodies. Color Light Therapy enhances your Reiki session by improving your overall health. It’s commonly used to treat headaches, seasonal affective disorder, acute and chronic pain, and general mood.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment/classes, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments/classes canceled with 48 hours notice or more may be eligible for a refund (depending on the service). Appointments/classes canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen, but if this is a recurring issue, we may be unable to accommodate future scheduling requests. Missed appointments/classes (no call, no show) are considered non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that healing sessions/classes are non-transferable and non-interchangeable. Healing sessions/classes are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
